Abstract:The general properties of aerosol black carbon are presented with an emphasis on the discussion of radiative effect of black carbon on the global and regional climate change.The recent progress in this field,both in the modeling and measurement studies are also reviewed briefly.It is concluded that aerosol black carbon is a very important aspect in the studies of the climate change and environmenal issues.
