Abstract:The satellite images of eight typhoons which influnced Heilongjiang province and caused heavy-torrential rain are analysed. The typhoons caused heavy rain in Heilongjiang province are divided into two patterns: (1 ) Typhoon cloud system combines with cold front system, (2) Typhoon lands and causes heavy rain directly.
