Abstract:The space filtering is applied to separate forecasting field of 24h T42 products. The rnesoscalefeatures appear clearly in disturbance field,which couldn't be found in initial forecasting field (T42products). This mesoscale features is good for the prediction of heavy rainfall events in Beijing.
