Abstract:In this Paper, it is summarized that the research made in the recent years on the occurance and evolution of mcsoscale convective storm, and the clue to the forecast are given.

Abstract:In this paper, values of Richardson Number (Ri) and the curvature of the wind profile(β) in the atmospheric near to the ground are calculated with the data obtained under three surface roughness conditions .The results show that the values of Ri and β appear scattering but agreeable over farmland, grassland and at the height to the middle of the tree within the forest-net, and the values are obviously smaller at the height twice of the tree within the forest-net as well as in the stable stratification
