    Abstract:
In the recent years, the agroclimatic investigations have been made at various temporal and spatial scales in mountainy and hilly regions, and so have the adaptability tests on the plant ecoclimate. A large quantity of reliable and representitive data have been obtained.Through the synthetic studies on "belt" , "layer" , "topography"and "ecological-type" in mountainy and hilly regions have been taken, climate with agriculture, zone with non-zone to show the similarities and differences of agroclimatic resources at various layers and with different topography types in mountainy and hilly regions. A general review is given here on the above studies.
2  The characteristics of the spring monsoon activities over the middle and lower reaches of the Chingjiang River and the features of their circulations
    简根梅 吴钟浚
    1990, 16(11):11-16. DOI: 10.7519/j.issn.1000-0526.1990.11.002

    Abstract:
In this paper, the characteristics of the spring monsoon activities over the middle arid lower reaches of the Changjiang River are analysed. Based on the characteristics of the spring monsoon activities, tropical circulation features of the monsoon activities are summarized, and spring weather is studied from the point of view of the monsoon activities.
3  The diagnoses of the effect from the urbanization of a county twon on temperature
    乔盛西 覃军
    1990, 16(11):17-20. DOI: 10.7519/j.issn.1000-0526.1990.11.003

    Abstract:
In the paper, we show that the urbanization of a county town would initiate an effect on its temperature. The acient temperature data which used to be references in studies of climate was also inferenced by the effect in our country. The effect brings an annual mean temperature increase at a rate of 0.1℃ every five years. During the twenty-four years from 1966 to 1989, the annual mean temperature increased by 0.5*. From this point of view, the effect on temperature from urbanizationof a county town is a problem not to be ignored.
4  Determination of the results by Gauss Model in mountain areas
    沈鹰
    1990, 16(11):21-23. DOI: 10.7519/j.issn.1000-0526.1990.11.004
    [Abstract](567) [HTML](0) [PDF 306.78 K](914)
    Abstract:
In this paper, the results by Gauss Model is determined by using the actual observations. It is suggested that the calculated results by Gauss Model are greatly close to the observations, and are quite reliable in the mountain areas with somewhat smooth topography as well as in the basin areas.
