Key Technique of Automatic Product Generation of Regional Meteorological Decision Service——A Case of Hourly Accumulated Precipitation

Abstract:
This paper analyzes the key technique of product generation of regional meteorological decision service in meteorological emergency operations. First, interpolation method of smallvalue automatic station is discussed, and then zerovalue automatic weather station interpolation method is proposed. Verification shows that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of precipitation interpolation. Second, model construction technique based on ArcGIS ModelBuilder is proposed. Components of hourly accumulated precipitation, interpolation of meteorological observation data, generation of graphic products are developed by ArcObjects. Combined with spatial analysis components provided by ArcGIS, an hourly accumulated precipitation process and graphic generation model are constructed. Finally, highefficiency and highprecision graphics are generated automatically.
