Abstract:
The "9215 Project "──a design of the computerized network between the provincial meteorological observatory and the prefectual weather stations is introduced.The technicalities include communication channel,modern,form of long-distance data transfering,data processing,transfering contents,display and etc.The effects of the project is also discussed.
