An Approach to the Continentality for Fujian Province

The continentalities for Fujian Province with three continentality indices ,i. e. annual range of temperature (K index) ,daily range of temperature (T_D index),and dacade range of temperatureprecipitatition variability (L index), are calculated. The results show that the continentalities with the new index—L index—are more fit in with the climate in Fujian Province. The continentalities of the other provincial capitals in China are also calculated with three continentalily indices.
