Abstract:

Here is a computer software system which is adopted to obtain pentad, decade and monthly mean SST from infrared radiation measurements by AVHRR abroad NOAA satellites. The decade and monthly mean SST fields,derived from NOAA-9 AVHRR data in June of 1987,are presented.
