Based on the data of the vessel"Xiangyanghong No. 14 China"and the marine meteorological observatious of some stations in the finite region, the diabatic heating terms, various transfer terms of energy and others have been calculated in this paper. The horizontal transfer of energy and heat source and sink in sea surface and atmosphere on the finite region are analyzed. It is pointed out that the finite region on the West Tropical Pacific is a storage-region of heat and energy during the expedition period.
