中文摘要: 以东北夏季低温为重点，系统地回顾了东北夏季低温的气候特征和环流特征、影响因子及其预测的研究进展。东北夏季低温是一个大范围且持续时间较长的天气气候灾害，主要受极涡和副热带高压等大气环流系统与下垫面的影响，目前对其预测的研究还较为初步，今后的研究工作应以东北夏季低温机理研究和预测系统的建立为重点。

Abstract:Major advances in studies of summer low temperature, such as its climatic features and its circulation features as well as the influence factors in Northeast Ch ina for recent 30 years are reviewed. Summer low temperature in Northeast China is a large scale climatic disaster which can persist longer and be influenced b y atmosphere general circulation systems and underlying surface. The studies of forecast for summer low temperature are simpler, so the mechanism and developing forecast system of summer low temperature in Northeast China will be most impor tant in the future studies.
