Abstract:With the NOAA meteorological satellite data and the soil moisture data from surface observation station, the methods of drought disaster monitoring in Anhui Province are introduced. A service system of drought disaster monitoring and warning and forecasting is developed, and a detailed introduction on its structure and function is given.
