中文摘要: 提出了一个新的阻高指数计算方法,计算和分析了1951～2001年北半球500hPa月平均高度场夏季东亚阻高指数。结果表明,虽然有阻高年多为Ⅲ类雨型,但未必发生长江洪水,长江洪水发生在特定的阻高背景下。与同类研究相比,这套指数较好地反映了近51年夏季东亚阻高活动。

Abstract:A calculating method for the East Asia blocking high index is put forward.The index from 1951 to 2001 is calculated and analyzed. It shows that the rainfall pattern Ⅲ mostly follows the East Asia blocking high, and the flood of Yangtze valley only occurs under the specific blocking high condition. In comparison with the research done by others, this index describing the East Asia blocking high of recent 51 years is more properly.
