Abstract:Based on XDD03A lightning data in Beijing from 1999 to 2001, the lightning distribution characteristics of convection are given with hourly lightning frequency of thunderstorm combined reflectivity factors. And therefore, meso-scale convections could be deduced based on lightning tracks.
