Abstract:The city conflagration generated in Hebei province is directly related to relative humidity,rainy days and temperature,and opposite to thunderstroke numbers and wind velocity by means of fire and wather data analysis in 48 years.Meteorological elements are major environmental factors which caused vital conflagration.The grading forecast system of city conflagration was established according the relationship between fire and weather elements.
