中文摘要: 对表征冷空气强度的气象要素极值自动扫描采集,结合寒潮预报区内指标站相应的气象要素值施行梯度运算,得到了指向寒潮预报区的相应气象要素梯度值,从而实现了冷空气强度及其变化的动态监测。在此基础上,结合产生寒潮天气的温度背景,研制建成了一套Windows中文寒潮预报自动化系统。经3年多业务应用,提高了寒潮预报准确率。

Abstract:The extreme value of the meteorological element representing cold air intensity is scaned and collected automatically by computer.The gradient calculation is conducted with the relatant meteorological element value at the index stations in prediction area.The gradient values are obtained in the target area ,and therefore,the cold wave intensity and variation can be monitored dynamically.According to the temperature background that cause cold wave,the automatic system of the Chinese windows worktable predicting cold wave is developed.The prediction accuracy of cold wave have been increased abviously in the operational application for three years.
