Abstract:The storage and extraction of upper-air data is unconvenient due to its large amount. An efficient database system combined compressed upper-air data and software storing and drawing to form a compression and processing system of upper-air data is introduced. Efficiency of compression to upper-air data is more than 80 percent,the inquiry and extraction of upper-air data is convenient.
