Abstract:The modernization of our meteorological operation should be conducted at a level of standardization,and make the widest possible use of the new techniques and equipment with their standard of world level be in advance of five years.The whole plan should be considered according to the principle of systematic engineering,while for the implementation of the system,local conditions should also be taken into consideration and the local characteristics as well.Consequently,the results of the development and its operation will be converted into commodities,and therefore the modernization Of meteorology will surely be promoted.
