中文摘要: 当热带气旋进入起报区后,在150个历史样本中筛选出6个与它最近的历史样本。依据该6个热带气旋的路径,对其相应的过程雨量作加权期望,得到本次热带气旋的过程雨量预报值。整个预报步骤采用人机对话,并以本省等雨量线图输出。

Abstract:When a tropical cyclone enters the prognostic range, the lastest 6 samples similar with it will be picked up from 150 historical ones and the relative precipitation processes will be weighted according to their tracks respectively, thus, getting the expected value as the forecast value for the total precipitation of the newly coming tropical cyclone. Man-computer interactive method is adopted through the course and the equipluves chart of the total precipitation over Zhejiang Province is produced finally.
