中文摘要: 本文利用元帅系苹果定位试验测定资料,研究了苹果含糖量、含酸量、硬度与气象条件的关系,得出苹果果实生长膨大期和成熟期,是气象条件影响品质变化的关键生物学时段。井提出了苹果含糖量、含酸量及硬度的气象数学方程与适宜气象指标。

Abstract:In this paper, the relation of the apple's sugariness, acidness and hardness with meteorological condition has been studied. It is shown that expansion and mature period are the key biological phases in which the meteorological conditions mainly affect the apple's quality.The meteorological indexes and mathematical simulation equations for apple's sugariness, acidness and hardness are given, too.
