Abstract:Mei-yu is one of the important weather phenomenon in Taiwan and has a large effect on the National economy and the people's livelihood. Therefore, it has attracted attention of the Chinese meteorologists.Comparing the characteristics of the mei-yu in Taiwan and in the mid-lower reaches of the Changjiang River, we found that there are different features between them besides the same characteristics.
