中文摘要: 本文从区域水量平衡公式(P=R+E+Ug±△V)和Palmer干旱模式出发,经过简化和修正,得到了华北地区宏观水资源评价模式及水资源动态评价模式,并使用实际资料进行验证,为对该区的水资源量进行宏观评价及水资源的合理开发利用提供了依据。
