Abstract:The distributions of monthly mean apparent temperature in winter (Dec.-Feb.)in China and its relationship with the amount of clothing in keeping warm for people are discussed here, based on the concept of thermal equilibrium in human body as well as on the theory on apparent temperature intiated by the famous American bio-meteor otogist, R. G. Steadman.
