中文摘要: 根据东北26个站点的6—8月平均气温资料,确定了低温年。找出低温年同时期的OLR场特征,为副高区域的负距平区,而对照的高温年距平配置恰好相反。前冬,低温年的OLR场显示出北半球热带太平洋130°E—180°范围为正距平区;从孟加拉湾经中印半岛至中国南海为负距平区;高温年也恰相反。利用太平洋中西部的关键区OLR距平值,可预报东北低温。

Abstract:In this paper ,the OLR field characteristics of the serious cold summer in theNortheast China have been found.According to the anomaly values of OLR field characteristics in the key region, the serious cold summer could be predicated half a year in advance.
