中文摘要: 2016年1月大气环流主要特征为:北半球极涡呈偶极型分布,东亚大槽位置较常年同期偏东偏北,强度偏弱。1月,全国平均降水量23.3毫米,较常年同期(13.2毫米)偏多77%,为1961年以来历史同期第2多。1月,全国平均气温为-3.6℃,较常年同期(-5.0℃)偏高1.4℃,月内冷空气较弱,我国中东部雾-霾天气频发,共有三次大范围持续性雾霾过程,分别为1月3~5日,16~18日和22~28日。此外,月内共有四次降水过程。
Abstract:The following are the main characteristics of the general circulation of atmosphere in January 2020. There are two polar vortex centers in the Northern Hemisphere. The location of the East Asian major Trough is eastward and northerly than the same period of the year, and the intensity is weak. The monthly mean precipitation (23.3 mm) is 77% above normal which is the second since 1961 in January. The average temperature(-3.6℃) is 1.4℃ more than the normal years, and the cold air processes were weak. The fog-haze weather in the central and eastern part of China was frequent. There were three large-scale continuous fog-haze processes, which were during January 3~5, 16~18, and 22~28. In addition, there are four precipitation processes in the month.
