中文摘要: 利用国家气候中心2009-2011年在内蒙古锡林浩特市、河北黄骅市、江西湖口县和星子县开展的100m铁塔大气湍流观测实验数据,分析不同下垫面、不同稳定度条件下地面到100m的风切变指数变化情况, 为低风速风能资源开发的可行性研究、风机的适用性、风机设计、风机的运行维护等提供参考。结果表明:(1)内陆简单地形整体风切变指数??>0.3的情况出现在稳定和非常稳定层结状态下,相对较小,分层切变指数大于0.4的频率为2.95%;(2)沿海平坦地形大气层结越稳定,整体风切变指数??的高值出现频率越高,分层切变指数大于0.4的频率略高为4.2%;(3)星子和湖口虽然都属于内陆湖复杂地形,但星子地形更为复杂,在局地地形作用下,过山气流加速,大于0.3的整体风切变指数出现频率高,分层风切变指数??>0.4的频率高达10%,而湖口受局地湖陆环流影响更大,大于0.3的整体风切变指数值出现频率略低,分层风切变指数??>0.4的频率为3.37%。在星子这样的复杂地形,在风机设计和风电场风机选型时仅考虑叶轮直径范围内整体风切变指数是不够的,也要考虑到局部风切变大的因素。(4)按照风机设计标准中假设风切变指数??为0.2,一般会过高的估计轮毂高度的风速,若有条件,尤其是在复杂地形下,还是要增加不同高度的风、温观测,求出实际不同稳定度下的风切变指数进行推算风廓线的变化情况,进一步精确计算结果。
Abstract:Using the 100m tower atmospheric turbulence observation data offered by National Climate Center, to analysis wind shear index in different underlying surface and different atmospheric stability. These experiments are in Inner Mongolia Xilinhaote City, Hebei Huanghua City, Jiangxi Hukou county and Xingzi County during 2009-2011. It provides a reference for the feasibility study of the development of wind energy resources at low wind speed, the applicability of the fan, the design of the fan and the operation and maintenance of the fan.The results showed that: (1) in inland simple terrain, the overall wind shear index >0.3 only in stable and very stable state, is relatively small, the frequency of stratified shear index >0.4 is 2.95%; (2) in the coastal flat terrain ,atmospheric stratification is more stable, the overall wind shear index high value appeared higher frequency, stratified shear index more than 0.4 higher frequency is 4.2%; (3) Xingzi and Hukou although both belong to the Inland Lake complex terrain, the terrain of Xingzi is more complex, in the local terrain under the mountain flow acceleration is greater ,the overall wind shear index >0.3 is high frequency, stratified wind shear index >0.4 frequency up to 10% ;while in Hukou , the local Lake -land circulation has a bigger effect , overall wind shear index value >0.3 has lower frequency, frequency of stratified wind shear index >0.4 is 3.37%. In the complex terrain such as Xingzi, when the fan design and wind farm fan selection, overall wind shear index and stratified wind shear index should both consider. (4) according to the design standard for fan that wind shear index is 0.2, tend to overestimate the wind speed of hub height, if the conditions, especially in complex terrain, increase the wind and temperature observations on different heights, in order to calculate wind profile under different stability.
